Information,
Terms and Shipping: Once you have placed the order
for the new replacement motorcycle seat cover, we will email
you with the timeline as to when to ship the seat to us.
If you are not paying by Paypal and wish to send a money
order with your order, please email us your intentions so
we can arrange shipping of the seat. We require that you
send a prepaid return shipping form with the order.
We recommend Federal Express shipping as this service has
excellent tracking and delivery records.
Delivery: Depending on what part of
the motorcycle season it is, we can turn around your seat
in as little as 7 days or as long as 2 weeks. Plan on being
without your seat one week from the day you send the seat
if sent through Federal Express.
Warranty
and Refunds:
Replacement Seat Covers are warranted against defects in material
or workmanship for 1 year under normal usage.
Contact Kelly's Kustom Seats for information on what information
must be supplied.
Kelly's Kustom Seats will repair or replace a seat with a
defect at our discretion.
All sales are final and there are no refunds.
