Tzarina Choker in White (6/0) The retail price of the Tzarina Choker is $329.00 The cost of the kit is $35.00. Gold and silver with a transparent crystal background which picks up any color it is worn with - this piece goes with almost anything. Time: 12-15 hours (A weekend project!)
