Answer: No, we have a community
water system that has two wells with a 10,000 gallon storage
tank which provides water to all the homes in the subdivision.
There is a $15 base cost which covers the first 7,500 gallons
and an additional charge for each 1000 gallons over that.

the property taxes high in this area?
Answer: No,
for instance last year's taxes on an individual lot were $96.58.
